The sisterhood of the travelling yogis.

A week ago in Portugal was something else. It was the epitome of a girls trip to Europe! We played cards, ate gelato, practiced yoga under the sun, wandered the streets, got massaged! We were FED by a private chef, we cried a little and we laughed A LOT.

Each retreat, our Nectar family expands and deepens in all the ways. We didn’t plan on it being all women (ages 27-73!!!), but it was the definition of sisterhood. The sisterhood of the travelling yogis! Support, kindness and acceptance oozed in every moment. It was a true coming home to ourselves. The ordinary is magical when shared with great people. It’s not the destination, it’s not the journey, it’s who you share it with!

I had a vision of Nectar in 20 years when Amy and I are in our 60's, and our grey hairs are shining bright!! We’ll be teaching ALL the modifications. Blocks galore! Maybe Gigi will be leading the classes!! Or maybe one of your babies! Maybe we’ll even own a Nectar villa! The dream, baby :)

We just want to let you know that you can sit with us. From day one, we’ve wanted to create an inclusive community where you can just be you. All ages! All walks of life! All levels! Guys too! We love you all.

We have three retreats left this year with space. If you are feeling the call, retreat yourself with us. Tuscany Sept 19-24, Peru Oct 23-28 and Sweden Dec 29-Jan 2  are all on the cards and it’s going to be pure JOY! Also, we launched our 2027 retreats to the waitlist yesterday. If you missed out, we'll give you another day to sign up here

Much love,
Janet
