Who is this retreat for?

Our retreats are available to anyone who is wanting to take a week off from their busy life and experience a week of yoga, nourishing food and connect with like minded people in the most dreamy places. Whether you’re a regular practitioner or new to yoga, you’re all welcome and will be fully supported. We will be moving our bodies a lot on retreat so please let us know in your booking form if you have any injuries, health conditions or recent surgeries so we can cater for you.

Do I need to have a regular yoga practice to attend?

All of our retreats are availale to the beginner yogi to the advanced and the non-yogi partner or friend that is brand new to yoga. We are all about inclusivity and inspiring people to live their lives to the fullest in a healthy way.

Can I come alone on retreat?

Yes! What better way to connect and make new friends. So many people travel alone on retreats, it’s the perfect environment for solo travellers. Your teachers will make you feel at home every step of the way.

I have a special dietary request?

We cater for all food requests and allergies. Just let us know in your booking booking form, so we can cater for you.

What is the weather like in August?

Peak season to travel to Greece. Soak up the European Sun with a high of 31° and low of 24°. Expect warm days and balmy evenings. The perfect way to spend the European Sun right near the ocean.

How do I get to the retreat venue?

From Athens - Aegean Air and SkyExpress are the two companies that fly from Athens to Paros. For tickets and information visit: http://en.aegeanair.com/ or https://www.skyexpress.gr/. The 2 companies that sail to Paros is Blue Star Ferries and Hellenic Seaways. BlueStar ferries takes about 4.5 hrs and runs twice a day with tickets starting at €37. Hellenic Seaways takes about 2.5 hours with tickets starting at €50. How do I book?

Complete booking form and pay your €500 non-refundable to secure your space.We encourage you to purchase your own travel insurance upon booking.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Please read our cancellation policy located on the booking form carefully prior to booking and paying for your 500 non-refundable deposit.
