Nourish Body and Soul
Just like yoga, a good meal nourishes all the senses and brings people together.
We believe a retreat is only as good as the food and that is exactly why we cannot wait for you to try Amaia’s food! She is the best of the best! Amaia is a macrobiotic chef with a hunger for learning. She has travelled 30 countries over the last decade and worked on a variety of sustainability projects. Her biggest takeaway is that what we eat and grow is the seed for building a truly sustainable world. Her mission is to nourish people and share ecological practices through flavours. And she oozes pure love!!
Meals on retreat will be served at large communal tables, with farm-to-table produce on the outdoor patio. Amaia uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients, primarily grown on-site or from her very own garden. This is the ultimate farm-to-table retreat, using seasonal produce to fuel your body and mind, with a French twist. Expect a buffet breakfast, a wholesome light lunch, a 3-course plated dinner and a selection of teas and coffees.
We have worked closely with Amaia to create meals that are rich in nutrients, to leave you feeling nourished and refreshed. If you have any dietaries let us know upon booking. This will be the best food of your life!
Find Balance
The yoga studio is the perfect space to dive deep into the practice, and come home to yourself.
La Source has been thoughtfully designed as a haven where well-being is at the heart of every detail. Much like our yoga practice, it embraces a holistic approach to living, balancing comfort, simplicity, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
A light-filled yoga space invites you to drop into the present moment, nourishing the body and soothing the soul. This retreat is all about balance: wholesome, nourishing feasts paired with daily yoga, and a cheeky glass of wine in the evening, because true wellbeing is as much about joy as it is about restoration.
Yoga Styles
Dynamic Flow
A strong, alignment-based vinyasa practice. Through intelligent sequencing, informed alignment, and yogic wisdom, students are encouraged to slow down and experience every moment of their lives. Our morning practices will be challenging and awakening, yet accessible for all levels.
Yin Yoga
Long, slow, and deep is one way to describe yin yoga. Postures are low to the ground and are held for longer periods to bring stillness and restoration to the body and mind. We believe in the balance, ease, and wholeness that Yin brings to students. These practices give you time to rest and digest and drop into a state of deep relaxation.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is the practice of using different sounds and instruments to create a deep connection with self, and your intuition and improve your emotional well-being. Amy will guide you through sound healing sessions using pure quartz crystal singing bowls, incorporating mediation techniques, and using mantra and intention setting to allow you to dive deep into relaxation. Sound healing baths will be practised lying down using props to support the body, offering a space to rest, unwind and heal through the frequency of sound.
Gimme More
Throughout the week we will include special yoga workshop as well as sprinkle in pranayama and meditation experiences for a complete practice.

Balancing exploration with rest is at the heart of the experience. There will be plenty of free time to relax and move at your own pace. The venue is the perfect setting to unwind by the pool with a book, soak in the Nordic bath, and take time to simple be.

Absolutely! A yoga retreat is a great place to make new friends and meet like minded people. If for some reason there is no one to pair you with for a shared room, you would need to pay for a single room.
How many people will be on the retreat?
The group size varies depending on the destination and venue. Typically our experiences average between 10 - 20 students and ensure the perfect teacher to studio ratio so everyone feels supported and connected. The more students, the more teachers. We love to create an intimate environment to create community while still giving you the freedom to be able to do your own thing when you like.

Only the best! We love food and it is such an important part of the retreat experience. We work with our venues to curate a beautiful menu of fresh and local cuisines. Testimonials
“Nectar Flows creates yoga retreats have changed my mind about yoga retreats. I attended my first one in England in May 2025, and already have 2 more booked with them that I cannot wait for.
Amy & Janet guide you through yoga sessions that I found challenging but easy to follow as a beginner. They help you with adjustments and guide you through not just the movements but the mindset to expand your practice and leave you simultaneously energized but relaxed.
They have found places that are so tranquil and are truly 5 star with the food and atmosphere they immerse you in. The schedule they put together is a perfect mix of yoga, free time and meals.
I attended by myself, but I met so many amazing people who were also on their first retreat but I know also can’t wait for the next one! I think about this retreat all the time & it helped inspire me to find a local yoga place that gets close to that same feeling during practice that this retreat gave me. Nectar Flows truly creates magic with their retreats.”
“My Nectar Flows retreat was one of those rare experiences where everything just works — the location, the people, the atmosphere, and the energy of the retreat itself. Amy and Janet create something really special; they have a way of bringing people together while also giving you the space to relax, reflect, and enjoy the moment.
The yoga was both energising and calming, the food was incredible, and the whole experience felt thoughtfully designed to help you slow down and reconnect. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and with some wonderful memories and friendships. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Nectar retreat.”
